Mungi Group participated in The SheMaker Campus Roadshow 2024, an initiative designed to encourage the next generation of women engineers. Vidita Mungi (Director, Mungi Group) delivered a keynote on “Success Beyond Limits”, sharing lessons from building a career at the intersection of family legacy, entrepreneurship, and advanced manufacturing. She spoke about embracing new technologies on the shop floor, owning one’s voice in technical discussions, and turning curiosity into prototypes and careers.

The program featured a fireside chat, a mini-workshop on career pathways in automotive and industrial engineering, and mentoring circles led by Mungi Group engineers. Students explored opportunities across product development, manufacturing technologies, quality, and supply chain, with guidance on internships and early-career projects.
